I found this hole in the rear P/S door jam.

I don't know how long it has been there. It is not bullet hole

I’d say thats a salt drain hole for those north eastern folks!!
All bs a side that looks like a bullet hole to me
It's not the right type of hole
 
That's from paintless dent removal. They make a hole and then stick their stuff Metal rod in to massage the dent from the inside out...... I'm pretty sure that's what it's for.... could be wrong 🤷🏽‍♂️🤓 One of my old 100 series had the same thing on the left side.

I agree. Was probably drilled to access the quarter panel for dent repair.
 
So you have a mystery hole INSIDE your door frame and leaking oil above your rear PS tire??? What gives with this truck? Where do you park at night??

Mostly parked in the wilderness
 
I'll bet you can find a rubber plug that will fit the hole.
