Just as the title says, I had bought a beautiful SD-40 carb a while back and am finally installing it; or was.
I put a link to the 25 section where I had posted actual photos (below). There is what appears to be an adapter fitting, of which a course thread vacuum fitting screws into. The adapter is then to a fine thread on the carb base. Does anyone know where or what this is and how to get one? I'm specifically looking for the larger fitting circled in the last two photos. The top photo with the blue tape on the carb is mine, sans adapter fitting.
