Mystery Electrical Plugs Behind Front Bumper- Left Front - LX470 (1 Viewer)

Under the left side front bumper on my 1999 LX470 there are two mystery electrical plugs that appear to be unused.

Can anyone tell me the purpose of these plugs?

Are the plugs for some type of accessory that mounts to or behind the front bumper?

Could they be for a sub-harness associated with Euro adjustable headlights?

I have those too! I want to think they will let you install LC style turn signals in the corner lights - in reality I have no clue!

I would like to convert the parking lights to LC style turn signals. The strange thing is the parking lights do not work at all.
