I am brand new to this forum.
I just two weeks ago bought a 1991 lj78.
I am trying to put a new stereo in it but cannot find the amp. I have power and everything else, but sound. The factory stereo, which was a cassette deck that controlled a factory 12 disk changer, worked fine, speakers worked et cetera. The question is where's the
is the Amp. I am assumeing thast that is the problem. I have taken it in to some wvery reputable car audi people and thay have said that the amp needs to be bypassed, they just did not thave the time to do it. They were not able to find it int the hour that they had so.... I am hopeful that someone has the answer to this question.
