Well here we go.

-10c out this morning but I gotta get this done. You folks in CA and S. Texas have got it made.

BRRRR

Below are the pix, no way was I going to be able to reach the back two nuts so they will have to wait until it warms up. Also, how the hell was I supposed to get the clamp on the snorkel side? Air cleanser side was simple but with the cold.....It'll wait.

All in all took two hours, template was almost right on. Unlike others I left it on when I was drilling, worked out ok. Painted and then Krown rust proofed the holes.

You cannuks are lucky bastads w/your diesels and 5 speeds, nice install on the snorkel

Problems with the hose clamp?

Pull the PS front marker light -- there's 1 screw that holds it on. With trusty phillips head screwdriver in hand, reach back and tighten the puppy down. I had no problems with it. To correct it, you're doing to need to disassemble the connection, slide the hose clamp on, then tighten while accessing through the marker light hole.

Good work!

Good install, love the clean engine bay.

Nice work in the cold! those two nuts and washers beyond the antenna are near impossible
Yes they are, especially when you have big thick manly arms...hehe

need kiddie arms to fit back there, and a contortionist to boot.

I used my wifes arms to get to the final bolts, there was no way I would reach them with my chunky arms.

How well did your template line up with the indicator hole? I was going to use the template to make my indicator holes on both sides if ARB's template is that perfect.

I'd be comfortable using the template for that.

sweet thanks

I'm jealous of your snorkel. Good job, though. Wondering what you used to make your cuts.
3.5 inch hole saw from the depot.
