After exploring every other option including OEM, Stainless, Dual add-on 3D printed, and Ebay fiasco, I finally found the perfect answer.
Not so quick though. Found the @musthave thread on his latest arm rest and cup holder. Like others, I really thought it was too high, but with PayPal I figured I was safe to give it a try. Tim also told me that if I was truly unhappy, I could return it, no questions asked.
Received it yesterday, WoW! It might look high, but after driving with it last night and all day today and putting it to use for 300 miles, I must say that it is absolutely the best mod for under $200!
It is the perfect height, SOOOO comfortable, and my wife loves it too. Perfect fit, took 30 seconds to "install".
And, to keep it tech, the only suggestion is that you add a pocket of some sort to the back and front so that I can put my Iphone 6 plus in the front one, and whatever in the back one. Make it the same height and width, with a stretchy thingy across the top.
