New cruiser. RHD or LHD, market it was imported from? Manual or automatic transmission, other options like lockers?

A service member had it in Japan and brought it home with him
A440F automatic
PO put Aisin locking hubs on
Whatever cancer it had was left in Japan, PO had it cut out and the steel replaced over there. I'm no expert but it appears to be a might fine job!
