My new 62

Hi guys, so I recently picked up a 1990 fj62 and wanted to seek the expertise of this forum on some mod questions I had.
First off here are some pics (crappy cell phone shots sorry)













So the trucks already got a OME lift 3" I believe, and 31" tires. I'm looking to get some 285/75s on some new 16" wheels ( AE 100 series maybe?)
My question is would I have any trouble fitting those tires as far as clearance with my lift?
Second does anybody know what bs and offset I would need on the wheels? Aftermarket wheels seem to be a big issue and I'd like to avoid spacers if at all possible.
Third what would be the easiest way to level out this hot rod rack I've got going on?

To get rid of the hotrod look you can try add-a-leaf from Man-A-Fre Land Cruiser and FJ Cruiser Parts and Accessories since 1958

I just installed some on my Rig & it's all better now.
