Update. Things are moving slow.

Installed the 1st and 2nd rows. The leather is looking better and better everyday and I’m very pleased with how it turned out.

Still sorting through the vsc, abs, brake light error and think I have it narrowed down to a bad harness for the right rear sensor. Once I find the part I need I’ll order a replacement.

I have newer painted roof rails going on soon as well. This thing will be dialed!

I got the rig leveled out and will get it aligned. It’s going to be for sale here in a couple months :(

Went bigly today. Clay bar and wax.

Used griots correcting cream with orange pad which took about 3 hours.

Finished up with griots finishing coat with black pad which took about 30 minutes.

Lexus paint is so much better than Toyota, based on my experience.

The paint isn’t perfect but for a 20 year old rig is looks amazing!

Forgot to post final pic of the group 31 battery set up which was around $750 with tax for the complete set up lol

Pic in garage where she’ll sit till it’s towed for alignment and until sold :(

Just driving it and getting all the kinks worked out. Just final touches, nothing crazy.
It drives like a dream at 75-80mph and is so much quieter than the 5th Gen. Why anyone would go to one from a 100 is crazy.

Couple pics from today, just getting back so I thought I should take a pic.

Great thread! You've got me inspired to freshen up the old bike hauler!

NO MORE WARNING LIGHTS!!! AHC delete is 100% complete.

It was some burned out fuses and some missing from the previous owner.

Took the rig on a several hundred mile road trip and there were zero issues.

My wife even said it was better than our X5 diesel for road trips haha

Over large dips on the freeway going 80 the suspension soaks them right up and is very compliant on the road.

Dont have an approximate MPG with the 35's yet but its better than 10 so far and thats with me driving with zero conservation in mind.

Pics below of the rig are taken after a fresh coat of Griots Carnuba hand applied wax :)

All that is left is the manual climate controls and stereo install.

Up for sale :/

Neck breaker! Color combo with lift and black wheels does it for me. Glws.
Thank you for the kind words.

I have someone looking at her tomorrow so we'll see how that goes.

It will sure be bittersweet for me.
