I rarely post but thought I’d share. I picked up an 80 from TroutBear (great guy) back in December and finally got around to getting a new set of tires. Went from 265/75/16 KO2s to Cooper AT3 XLTs in 315/75/16. Stock suspension with a 30mm spacer up front. Been driving the last week to and from work and first thing I noticed was how much quieter the Coopers are. Also the ride quality is a lot better. There is a large hill as soon as I hop on the highway so I noticed a little lag In acceleration but its definitely nothing major. I do leave the power button on now though. I haven’t had any rub so far. The Coopers do seem to run smaller than normal , the 315s measured just shy of 34” this morning when I checked. I didn’t have a tire gauge handy so not exactly sure the psi. I haven’t left the pavement with them so I can’t speak of how they perform off-road. Overall very happy with them for a daily driver.
