I understand it usually takes some kind of problem for them to fail.
Well my 2005 has 335k on on it and shows no sign of engine problems. Getting the P0420 & P0430 every few months ~ every 1000 miles.
Always at the same time never separate.
- No big drop in mileage (sucks like it always has!!)
- No burning oil at all 5k mile oil changes and level does not drop at all
- Coolant does not ever drop
- Runs perfect as far as I can tell no loss of power from worn rings/low compression.
Is it just time to bite the bullet?

Should I go OEM at 1100/ea?
Walker at 450/ea?
Maganaflow?1100/ea?
Run B12 or Seafoam continuously?

What do y'all think?

Thanks Cruiser heads!!!

Tried replacing the O2 sensors first? IIRC they're around $45/ea for Denso replacements.

It doesn't *always* work, but it did work for me. I replaced upstream and downstream.
