My second flat with Michelins in 15 miles. Wonder if being made in 1994 had anything to do with it? I wonder....

Put some made in 1997 Kumho's on the back. Fronts are 32x11.50r15 and rear are 31x10.50r15.

Went to install the new tail lights. Looks like I was sent the wrong lights.

We have lights. Just have the regular 50/60 watt bulbs installed. Will need to build a relay panel before installing the off-road bulbs.

The 100w lamps will burn up your reflectors, they run too hot.

Did not know that. Will still install the relays sometime but not the 100w bulbs.

The flasher works sometimes. Took it apart but not much I can work on. Will probably get a replacement from coolerman.

Went to my local parts house to get some battery ends.

First thing they asked was, what year is it. I reply, all I need was the crimp on ends for the battery cable. Well we have universal battery cables how long do you want them. I replied, all I need is the ends that go on the battery. Oh, we have that. He brought out some cheap bolt on clamps. I said, that's not what I was looking for. He said that's all they have. Got on Amazon and ordered everything I needed.

I don’t mind paying more for an item when I can get it at a physical store but the reason is that it is available right away and I can see and feel it before I buy it. When physical stores only Carry the generic cheap items and have to order what I need I’d rather order it myself for less through the internet. These stores are forfilling their own prophecy this way.

Assembled the battery cables today. They might be a bit better than the vise grips I was using. Ordered a new set of correct tail lights from Toyota. Still need to figure out a radiator overflow tank and a place to mount the relays for the headlights.

Should have everything to finish the electrical system now. Using the weld on tabs for exhaust hanger brackets.
