Just got it home. Rides amazing, looks amazing. I am really glad I opted for the completely custom sliders vs. trying to make something else fit.

That is so awesome!!! Great job man.

I got the work done there. I know the owners, highly recommended if you need something done.

Feel free to give us a call at the shop if you have any specific questions or would like to order any parts.

Does look very good. Keep up the good work

Phase II will be bumper, winch, dual batteries, snorkel, and some body shaping :)

We completely removed the air system and bags and put in an Iron Man 4x4 coil and shock system.

It works pretty well:

Clearance is really good. Still has the normal FJ/4runner/Prado low belly around the gas can, but the skids I put on keep it safe. I was completely amazed that I never touched the rear bumper coming off some of those rocks/ledges. It has a pretty good departure angle, and with the mods planned it will get WAY better.

The parts for phase II are either on the boat or will be shortly. Nothing was available for this next part in the US :)

Had a lot of people asking, so here is a run down on parts:

Used:
2 x Total Chaos UCAs, these are for a Prado 120 so the FJ UCAs fit
2 x Iron Man 12710GR front adjustable shocks
2 x Iron Man TOY056C front springs
2 x Iron Man 12682GR rear shocks
2 x Iron Man TOY056C rear coils
2 x rear FJ upper spring cups (GX does not have spring cups or perches)
2 x custom fabbed lower spring perches/ramps for rear axle

1 set ASFIR Prado 120 series aluminum skid plates (front, t-case, belly/gas)

5 x 285/70/17 Goodyear Dura-Tracs

I am adding FOURTREKs protective washers to the skid bolts today.

On Order:
1 x Iron Man Prado front commercial deluxe bar
1 x Iron Man Prado snorkel
1 x Iron Man 9500 winch
1 appointment at the bed lining center :bounce:

Nice. I, as well as others here sure do THANK YOU... BTW, rear Ironman shocks are on backorder and won't be in until the 10th of Jan:rolleyes:. Guess the build won't start as soon as I wanted it to.

Yeah, that backorder is the same container that has the bumper and snorkel on it I think!

Yes, it does. Only had to move the trailer wiring mount a bit...and it is flat (as in no air) so it doesn't rub on the panhard. I carry C02 with me so if I need it I can pump her back up.

Little touches: Added some neat protection for the skid bolts. Gotta loved recessed bolt heads in a tower of steel!! I used some neoprene washers under the big washers to keep the steel/aluminum reactions at a minimum:

You could also go for it up front, use the AHC trick for the rear until then, and then do the rear!

Did this just because I like it, and it keeps the trend of custom plates!
