I was recently involved in an accident in my 96. I’ve taken apart a good chunk of the vehicle and I’m not really sure what area to tackle next.

I needed to take the fender off to replace it due to front end damage. I’ll attach an image before I started.Asking for “while you’re in there” recommendations?
having just done alot of engine bay work on my 80, I will say having the fenders and more of the front end apart doesn’t make things much easier, but having the hood off can help with things towards the rear of engine bay.
I took measurements and everything is checking out. But that’s definitely a good idea. You probably should have the frame checked for straightness. Those front horns tend to bend very easily.
OP? Looks like he is in FLi am picking up a white one tomorrow for parts but shipping might be hell from GA to OR lol.
yeah i see that, thanks. i guess i looked at the wrong person.OP? Looks like he is in FL

Drill out the welds and replace with one of these. Had a problem just like yours except a little worse. It will have to be welded back in place. Shop around. Should be under $100.00 for a new one.
