Ok so an update this time. I’m having my local to me Toyota dealer do a bunch of work for me as follows:

-Coolant valley plate gasket
-EGR gasket (+ check condition of the valve etc)
-PCV gasket (+ check condition of the valve etc)
-They’re gonna put on my Power Stop heavy duty brake kit front and rear
-New E-brake shoes
-New OEM Lexus windscreen (****ing rocks from construction trucks)
-Gonna check in to my sunroof drain on the front drivers side
-Full synthetics oil change

Gonna be a bit of a bill yes, however it might be a long time until I need service again. Loving this 460.

What's that phrase I see often here? Cry once...??
Yep, just get 'er done and not worry about it for a very long time.
BTW, what's your mileage you're bringing it in with for all that service?

Wow! Not sure how I ever missed this post of yours!
I've been meaning to do an LED upgrade.
What about LED bulbs for the DDL's? Did you ever swap them out?

Did you mean DRL’s? I disabled those if that’s what you’re asking.

9011 halogens and trim the base to fit. WAY more light than LED's, and when you need it you won't care that it's yellow-ish instead of white. And no peaky flicker. I tried some high beam LEDs, and even the voltage regulator thingies, all with no solution to the flicker.

They still have my 460 waiting on parts. lol I hope to get it back next week. Only two things left to do mechanically are the rear diff and t-case needs to be flushed.

Thanks!

It’s for real worth it, the pedal commander. I wish you were local I’d let you give it a go. Paging @giovanni
I bought the Pedalmonster because it has a couple additional safety features and it is awesome! It is like turning the knob on a F-Sport from Eco to Sport+...don't hesitate. It is simply NOT pushing the pedal more with your foot. It actually speeds up the throttle opening and kicks down the gears nearly instantly.

Have you seen a hit in your MPG? (aside from the pure fun of stomping on the happy peddle after initially installing it)

No. If anything less effort on the throttle pedal means less I need to stomp on it. Where it’s noticeable is around town in low speed situations. I’m also a heavy cruise control user so that helps tame any extra MPG usage.

When you say "noticeable" do you mean that in a good way (better mpg)? or a bad way? Or were you referring just plain acceleration?
I agree with you 100% and use my cruise whenever I can. I just wish I had dynamic cruise control for the idiots on long 2 lane roads (HWY 395) that constantly roll between 65 - 75 mph (I'm talking about new cars too! that I know have cruise control!), which makes using control useless.

Mostly talking about acceleration being more effortless.

Almost $3,200 later I finally got the rig back. These brakes are phenomenal. I already had to use them in an emergency stop situation because people suck at driving.

I should get almost $500 back from insurance on the windscreen.

Tell me about those brakes.

I was about 4 inches from hitting a deer last week. Tires/brakes did a great job stopping the beast and not hitting the small beast. But if there's an upgrade path, especially for doing driving that does a lot of braking then I may be interested.

These brakes are phenomenal as I mentioned I was going about ~70 when a Ford Focus stopped in the highway to turn left at the last second I went from ~70 to 0 with 3 car lengths to spare. Hard bite with no fade.

On my GX470 I had no fade and no brake dust as well.

Once my current rotors start to warp I am doing that upgrade! Tempting to do it now but my rotors only have 30K on them.
