MP grease for front wheel bearings? (1 Viewer)

The FSM calls for MP grease to pack the wheel bearings. I assume MP stands for mutli-purpose. I bought Valvoline full synthetic bearing grease, which is kinda weird stuff in that it doesn't flow like grease. Anyone think there will be any issues with using this versus the much cheaper MP dino stuff?

Grease doesn't flow like oil, it should hold in place.

Snook, when are we and some of the other locals going to hook up for a run? Thanks for hte info on the grease... the synthetic stuff just looks wierd/different.
