Hi Guys, I have edited this post as its not vacuume driven but electric motor driven transfer, and it does not engage the front wheels at low range. This has a part time transfer case and also 4 High is engaged through a button on the dashboard. If I engage the low range from the transfer stick and press that button, it engages the front wheels. How it should work is that when the transfer case is engaged to Low, it should trigger a switch somewhere for the front wheels to engage to similar to pressing the 4WD button on the dash.
Have any of you guys troubleshooted a similar problem? the I've searched the forum but i did not come across a diagram to even start looking.
