moronic plea for help regarding which switches go where on a 1993 (1 Viewer)

Friends, I feel very silly. I am just putting everything back together on the dash on the 1993 Middle East import and I can't remember what goes where.

Something was there below the HVAC control panel, but I can't remember. I took the dash apart months ago, early in the Pandemic and I did not take photos. And surprisingly, I can't seem to find help in the FSM. I see indications that it might be for some kind of security or alarm, which I do not care about, but I think there was something there before.

Can anyone help?

after you said that I went and rooted around in all the various nuts and bolts that I haven't put in yet and I found the blank you are right thank you very much
