I'm doing a SOA & SR on my stock 40 to create enough lift toput in a 35" rubber. I'll be using my stock springs but wanna fabricate a spring hanger 2" loner than the orig up front. What is the recommended shackle length i must used for the front & rear spring to level it.

when I first did my SOA/reversal setup, I used thin 1/8" steel for mocking up shackles...easier to drill and less $$...then made the final set...

unfortunately, every single SOA project ever done is unique for one reason or another....IIRC, my front shackles are 1" over stock and my rears were 2" over...much more than that makes for some handling oddities too....
