The springs look great and so does that shackle angle. That should help firm up the rear a little more but it will be far from stiff. I know my springs settled about an inch so yours might drop a little too as you load and unload a couple times. What's up with that phone?

Agreed, thank you sir

My phone used to have a real nice camera, but has been dropped too many times and generally abused. I need to get a new one but have been putting it off so I can get more cruiser parts instead :steer:

Sitting on the springs now. I think I've gained some height, but it's hard to say, because I'm dumb and forgot to take a before measurement

I'm happy with the shackle angle, what say you Mud?

Angle looks great. :clap::clap:

Johnny I was in Best Buy on Saturday and they have a sweet promotion for the iPhone 5c. $1. Plus tax on full amount of phone. Then for buying an iPhone they give you a $50 gift card. I got out of there with a phone and $15 case for $3.95. They weren't on the shelves, I had to ask for the 5c. Just sayin!

Bleh, iPhone. I'm an android guy :D

Looking good Johnny! Your phone photos remind me of the 60s era Polaroid photos. You never knew what color you were going to get

I am amazed at the quality of the photos and even the video a typical smart phone can produce. I take photos of many jobs as I go so I have visual reference later, delete them when the job is done.

I have a touch screen on the computer too (way cool!) and often enlarge photos on threads for better detail. I just got this computer about 4 months back and am still learning, my old system was 10 years old and could no longer keep up.

Great work! I love the stance of your 60, and that tailpipe looks like its ready to roll some coal. I think we need a new video :grinpimp:

Well alright :D

I need to take a video to see if there is any axle wrap as well.

I've been thinking about a cheap little video camera to look at stuff while driving around. I think this would be a neat tool to help diagnose problems.

The go-pro isn't cheap, unless you can find one used, but I made a little magnetic mount out of what they call a "tripod mount" and a big magnet from harbor freight. Works great.

Yea, I'd probably look for something less expensive than a gopro. A gopro in the future would be fun though.

Vans lookin good man!

D

Thanks everyone  She'll be even better with some shocks.

Here's a new video. Definitely have some wrap with the 63" springs, but it's clear that the wrap stops when it hits the overloads. I'm thinking (hoping) I won't need an anti-wrap bar. What do y'all think?

I didn't see anything weird. Pretty cool video. You just use a big magnet with a mount attached to it? Aren't there some dangers of erasing the data with a magnet? Or is that just me freaking out about nothing?
