$20,000 obo:
2001 Land Cruiser with 212,481 miles
I am the third owner of this LC. I bought it a few years ago to explore the Colorado backroads and trails. I have put on approx. 5,000 of these miles, but $6-7 thousand in maintenance and updates. I will try to put everything that I’ve done. All recent maintenance is in Carfax.
Completely Baselined recently. Colorado vehicle since new with only small surface rust.
Done by me or shop after 208,000 miles:
Good interior, no rips in leather, no cracks in dash, all instruments work as they should, 3rd row seats intact, Heated seats work great, Power windows all work great.
The bad:
- The rear passenger door has a dent from a tree stump. Replacement door runs approx. $500.
- minor scratches, nothing major
- door ding in driver’s door
- outer and inner tie rods haven’t been updated yet and steering is a little loose.
- tires have approximately 30-40% life left
- front brake pads are getting low (rotors are in good condition with no vibrations)
