Parting out my FJ60. Up for sale is a modified 80 series full float rear axle assembly. The only thing missing form the axle assbembly is the third. This ran the e-locker, so it has the long-splined shaft. New brake rotors and pads. Bearings and seals were good when it was repacked back in March of this year. Includes park brake cable. The coil and link mounts have all been removed and it has been set up for SOA with FJ60 spacing in between spring perches. WMS-WMS is 65". $400 OBO

Located in Pleasant Grove, UT.

Pics to come tonight or tomorrow.

Would this axle work on a 1997 4runner? I've got an e-locked rear end now, but it would be nice to go to a full floater.

Well, I imagine it's possible but I'd bet it'd take some work. But I don't know much about 4Runners. I believe that this axle is wider than a stock 4Runner rear axle. Do 4Runners have centered diffs? This axle has the diff offset to the passenger side. Also, the ring gear is the larger Toyota ~9.5" and yours would be the smaller ~8"...
