Mississippi has some amazing old barns, Indian Mounds and Backroads.

I was shocked that the levee Road was open from south of Tunica all the way to Tennessee. I may drive it home tomorrow just because it was so amazing

Harrah’s Tunica. Abandoned. Look at the old moorings for the real boat they had to have

The water marks on the inside of the levees were all still fresh. The Norfolk Park was nice and clean though

I just recently took a job in Olive Branch. The top of the state is pretty cool, so many dirt roads I want to drive down.

New Route that goes from north of Sturgis and down through the Tombigbee National Forest to the Trace at Thomastown.

This is a real nice route. I recommend looping it in with my North Tombigbee Route that goes from Canton to Columbus.

What is this Gaia you speak of? The ole lady wants hit up on some nolen trails in the 40 especially if theyre reasonably close to memphis. Is it an app or a gps you buy?

The best thing to do to find my routes is log onto GAIA on a computer and search See and Eat Mississippi

I usually link the files here but that will give you all of them. I think I’m at about 2600 miles mapped in MS now

Heck yeah man just found you on there. That’s some serious work!

I had a breakfast in Laurel and I’m working the coast tomorrow so I dug deep into the north sector of DeSoto National Forest today.

Good, good stuff.

Remote. Wild. Rough.

I’ve had a Trail marked through the south part of DeSoto but it had a bunch of dead ends and some random overlap. I cleaned it up and made one solid track from the north at Beaumont, through the Camp Shelby section and down and out just north of Ocean Springs.

Very very nice Trail. I highly recommend taking it to or from the coast sometime. Mostly gravel and lots of great sights.

Lots of poor National Guard guys out in the heat. Thank God for them.

This a cool area where Highway 26 crosses the Pascagoula River southeast of Hattiesburg. Trails, lakes and camping. I’d love to go back when cooler and canoe around these cypress
