@Noahrob. You mention a charcoal canister? I know there is a canister/expansion tank behind the small middle seat. Is that the canister you are talking about?
The seat frame seems like its in pretty good shape but if you decide to part it out I would love to have the back panel of the small middle seat and any of the hinge parts?

The tubing behind the seat (which is intact) connects to this thing on the passenger side in the rear quarter panel...I thought it was a charcoal canister, but maybe I'm wrong?

I was hoping that was what you where talking about. I'll take it! Is that the 'inner" wheel well that goes with it?

The rear heater and the charcoal canister are sold, I updated the description, but when I tried to delete the picture, it still appears, sorry mod.

Do you by chance still have the vacuum switching valve? Little black box that sits on the driver's front fender by the windshield washer bottle?
