Mis-colored LX470 bumper something of concern? (1 Viewer)

Hello, looking to purchase this 2007 LX470 and I noticed the rear bumper looks to be a lighter, more blue color than the actual car. You can see the mud flap accentuating this. Those of you who own the Galactic Gray Mica, does this look abnormal?

Here are photos of the underneath not really showing any damage. Is the gap something to be concerned with, as well? Carfax says no accidents, but we all know how accurate that can be.
