Minneapolis LX470 Pre Purchase Inspection PPI (1 Viewer)

I'm looking at a 2001 LX470 in the Minneapolis area. I'm searched everywhere and I can't find an inspection service. The dealer is charging $360 for a PPI and I've heard they usually have the lube techs do the inspection. There is no Minnesota clubhouse either.

Can anyone recommend an inspector or a mechanic in the Minneapolis area?
