Mini-HAMOM this weekend around RDU?

I need some help from someone with a welder, and I wanted to see if anyone is available this weekend for a mini-HAMOM.

The problem I need to solve is the crossmember for an aftermarket transfer case skidplate can't be mounted b/c of the slider mounts. So I want to cut an ear off the x-member and weld on a strip of steel to make a little bracket (3/16" or 3/8" scrap). I can cut/trim as needed, but no welder.

I'm also going to install some different rear springs, just onaccountabecause.

If anyone can help, I'd happily come by - and I'd be happy to help with any projects you might have.

I know someone with a nice Hobart 220V welder that's close to you . Unfortunately, me and the family will be out of the area this weekend. Can you post a picture of what needs to be done?
