If a guy from NE says it has rust, then no, I DON'T want it.

If he said the brakes are shot, but there is ZERO rust, then I would assume it has surface rust but no holes. I would buy it.

I interpret this as being able to throw a chicken through the smallest holes.

I bet the frame is solid. Rockers and the rear bumper can be removed anyway for sliders and a rear swing out.

The whole “just broken in” thing is BS though, especially with no knowledge of the service history.
