Yuk. $30k for a 07 that spent the entirety of its life in NH and Long Island with 160k miles.
Yeah, I've been to this exact dealer 7-8 years ago to look at a LX570. They sit on cars for a very very long time. Some of them are fully restored mint, some of them are pig on a lip stick. The LX570 I saw was plain overpriced for the condition. I'm sure its the same here, probably with a black spray paint job on the undercarriage.
