Thats 7pm for most of you folks.

Thursday should be high around 65/ low about 45. Partly cloudy with no rain. Shiner is in season this month.

Lets have a good turn out to start 2006 with.

Also it looks like there are a few club issues on the adgenda so you don't want to miss this one.

I am a new member. I live in Brownsville. I would like to know what it is discussed in the meetings. It 's going to be a little difficult for me to attend to the meetings but I'd still liked to be involve and participate when the time allows it.

The significant points of the meeting usually get posted to the LSLC email list.
I shall inquire as to wether we will be using MUD for posting specific club business.
We haven't in the past but there has been some discussion that we might start

Thanks for posting this up!

Yes - any and all info will be posted up here on this forum.

Please feel free to PM me if you have any other questions.

Thanks

Gonna miss Gary's and Bruce's inaugural meeting. Sorry to do it but I'm headin' out to the Jamboree Thursday afternoon - gotta support those TTR guys. :grinpimp: Ya'll carry on. Let me know what I missed.

For anyone interested there is a good band(1100 Springs) playing across the street tonight at FireWater...some of us were thinking about heading over there for a listen after the meeting.

Gary and I had our first meeting last night and despite the heckling from the former regime, I thing it went well.

We discussed:

New website: We are looking for someone to help up create the new website. Any ideas you may have of what would make the website great are appreciated. this project will start after the Roundup.

Katemcy -club participation - as stated in other posts - any help we can get with collecting raffle prizes is appreciated. I will get with Nolen when he gets back in town and determine where the details of the event stand. Lot's of folks, from all over the country, are signed up. Get your registrations in before it's too late.

Club trips. Moab, ICBM, Rubithon, Katemcy, and Colorado - Lots of fun runs are in the works. Besides our own club events of the Roundup and ICBM, LSLC is planning to have a strong showing at Cruise Moab, Rubithon and the annual Colorado trip.

From there we ajourned to the parking lot for Cruiser talk and beverage consumption. Butch was packed for the TTR event and had some pretty awesome smoked green chili dip. Get the recipe from him - you won't be disappointed.

That's about it!
