Mechanical help!?!?!

To the point - Anyone have a good FJ40 Mechanic???
I picked up a great 78 fj40 a year ago and have been working on making a great off-roader. The last bug I need to work out is a carb/idling issue; at least I think that’s the issue. I've done just about everything I know of, I think its time for help. If you know of anyone please hook a FJ40'er up.

Sorry nut much help with recommending a repair shop. But I have played a little with my carb and it is not to hard just follow the fsm. If it has been rebuilt by a shop that is not familiar with these things then you may have bigger problems and that is your trouble. I can help you if you would like.

Looking for mechanic too for my 91 FJ 80 3EFI. Just had an exhaust leak, but this truck has had the head redone a year ago, and feel that it didn't get done right.. i have the original head that came off the truck, but I need someone to tell me what really is needed before I go stir crazy.
