Mean Green issues

Hey guys. So I ordered the mean green alternator for my 60 (2f) and it's been about two weeks. They haven't returned my call or any of my emails and I wanted to know if anyone had this issue? Thanks guys!

I purchased the alternator and starter - when I called them, they referred me to one of their dealers (Arizona I think). Placed the order one day, had them about 5 days later. If you can't get a reply, file a complaint with their area's BBB...
