Rob, I know I took this new role at the company about 2+ years (crap, maybe almost 3 now) and it has never been the same since. I've only ever worked for 2 companies my whole career, but I am very much thinking it is time for a change. I effectively live in CO now, travel all the time working my ass off. One begins to wonder what for? Midlife crisis?

I was there a year ago and now unemployed. I'm not sure which is better.
Being stuck in a long term, stagnant job made me good money, but it also made me miserable.

I love the use of AZ state flag...but could use a refresher. My only Recommendation would be to use the copper color more extensively in the design.

So I may have been out of the loop, but is not said avatars the current/old design? That's the one I like. I have those old stickers on each of the cruisers (even my old Troopy )

Rob, I didn't like the flag thing at first, but really grew on me. What are you thinking vs. the flag? Not sure the wife would appreciate the scantily-clad women background
