I rev it up fast and shift quick.. I just shift at 1,600RPM
LOL , I usually run to 3,000 rpm in first and second unless there is a wounded snail in front of me.

If I remember right the 2b and 3B share the same oil pump (gear type) and the 13B up have a gear rotor pump other than that I don't think there is a difference in the oil galleys, oil flow, etc...
