I was wondering if I could run a master cylinder from a 72 fj40 with front mini truck disc brakes. I bought the master cylinder less than a year ago and now I am doing a spring over and converting the brakes. Will it work or will I need to convert to a different one. Also what would you reccomend me to convert to.

    Thanks

Should work fine, just remove the residual pressure valve in the front out port of the master. Where the steel line threads in for the front system, remove that large copper/bronze nut, and pull the little black plastic piece and the spring. Put the large fitting back in, and you will be good to go!

    Good luck!
