Master cylinder cap wires (1 Viewer)

I’m assuming these wires are to warn of a brake fluid issue ? However this is how mine has been since I bought it . Necessary ? Easy to hook back up ?

not necessary if you keep an eye on the fluid

What about your brake light on the dash board? Is it on all the time? Does it come on when the hand brake is applied? The level switch in the cap turns the brake light on when the fluid is low.

Hand brake it comes in otherwise nothing . Just have to take the time to find the other end of the wiring
