Testing the waters - For sale 1989 Toyota Land Cruiser BJ70. RHD. Diesel, 5speed manual. I purchased it in 2019 from a collector in DC who imported it from Japan (he had 4 on his driveway!). Excellent condition. 187k KM (116k miles), PTO winch, all stock. I drive nearly daily. Still has stock radio - AM only. It had no service records so went through it with the following:
5 new BFG K02 tires
Front knuckles professionally rebuilt (Cruiser Outfitters kit)
2 new batteries (24v)
Oil and filter
Air filter
Fuel filter
Thermostat
Coolant flush
Brake fluid flush
Water temp sending unit
Added rear lap belt
OME steering stabilizer
Numerous misc items - bulbs, wipers etc.
Everything works, no rust, tach works but is jumpy. Has A/C but don't use it and haven't looked into it. Heat works amazing including rear heater. I keep it garaged. Shoot any questions my way. I can email/tex pics if needed. Thanks!
