Wanted manual transmission from 83 4x4 pickup Oregon duglas

I'm looking for a 5 speed 4X4 trans with drive or with, without drive shafts.
Needing it for a conversion from 2WD 91 hulex to 4X4 straight axle.
just about done just need those key parts to finish it properly.
like to stay in Oregon if i can but if i have to travel cant be to far out of state please.
