almost certain I have a complete setup in MT

I have several sets in Burbank as well. What are you going to do with the vacuum shifter? I might be interested in a partial trade.

Get rid of it. As I under stand it, I can replace all the vacuum stuff and the lever under the dash with just the lever though the floor, I am correct?

Here's a pic of the 1 I have. The boot is torn and the knob is wrong.

I'm not sure, but I think that knob is a highly sought after PTO knob.

Thanks Mark. I'll double check it against my pto linkage.

Let me know what you want for that. I will pay for shipping. I really don't care about the knob. Send it or keep it, quote both ways.

That your company linked in your sig line?

Is this the right thing from your website?

095-01U T/C FLSHFT CONV KIT, E-73-3SPD

That's all I will need right? And cut a hole in the floor obviously.

Yes.

I’m in the process of doing the same thing. Did you have to tap the transmission housing to install the shift lever shaft? Mine does not have threads and is a smaller diameter than my shift lever shaft.

The hole is just full of crud; the threads are in there.

Ok. Thanks. I’ll keep scrubbin.
The irony is that nothing will clean the hole out better than a tap.
Second best option is the poor man’s tap: flute the bolt that needs to go in the hole and use it to chase the threads clean.😉

Apparently there are threads. I’m slowly digging out 55 years of dirt and who knows what else. I’ve been able to get the bolt in about 3 threads. Off to get a tap now.
thanks again for help.
