I was poking around on the POR-15 website today, and started looking at their FIRESEAL 2000 product. http://www.por15.com/product.asp?productid=7 From their product literature:

For years we've been working on a product to repair cracks, pits or holes in exhaust manifolds, tailpipes, mufflers, or other components subjected to high temperatures while in use.

Has anyone ever used this? I can't find any references to this product on these boards. I do have a hole in my exhaust manifold, so this looked a little interesting to me.

I would be interesting. I burned out the gasket between my intake and exhaust manifolds within a few months. Maybe this could patch it up.
