Man-a-fre clutch for '70

Will this work on my '70. Stock F Engine with 3 on the three setup.

What the hell does E-74 mean?

Is this as good as or better than the OEM part?

I've had great luck with Man-A-Fre so far so I'm sure this is good quality.

E-74 means the years it will work in...Early to 1974. I went with a JT kit when i was going through my rebuild but I would assume the MAF kit would work just fine.
