Well, after three years, the GF and I decided to go our separate ways.

I knew this was going to happen when I got back from CO. I think it is best for the both of us.

Now, onto finding a new place to live...argh...hate this part of breaking up.

On a lighter note, got a job finally back in the airline industry.

Will be working at Cleveland International as a ramp supervisor for a mainline carrier. Quite happy indeed.

5 weeks of training in ATL. So, I expect you ATL guys to take me wheeling on the weekends!!

    :flipoff2:

Life moves fast. Things change. Logic and rationality sometimes fail and sometimes succeed.

As such, we continue trucking on.

Probably won't be on MUD very much for awhile...probably a good thing.

    Best regards.

Glad and sad to hear this...

Change is an un-freezing process that is frequently difficult and painful.

I didn't get to meet you in CO, but sounds like the road trip was good for your soul.

Shoot me a message when you get in town. I might have a front shaft in the truck to go wheeling by then.

In the long run, usually things like this are changes for the good. It takes a bit of work, and there will be down times, but good luck finding new happiness. :)

Well I'll be. Sorry to hear but usually very positive things come from change. Tuff at first but change is good. So now you must move to Cleveland and set up shop close to me. See that is positive....is it not?:hillbilly:

Bummer on the GF...with your education, why not move back to norcal and get a job in tech as a writer? The Valley is beginning to boom again...the airlines, not so much.

Good luck, man.....get some paychecks under your belt, then pop up your head and look around man.....

Just don't be one of those dudes that wakes up 10 years and wonders what the hell happened....

Go to where you want to be, and do what you want to do....(just in case that is not where you are now) because there aren't that many chances...

Man, you all got one track minds!!

[though I do have a thing for female flight attendants...;) ]

Thanks for the wishes everyone. I appreciate them.

Yeah, finding a house that allows a smoker, an Old English Sheepdog, and a garage full of tools is looking to be tough.

I don't do condos, duplexes, apartments, etc. I need a house with a garage. Mandatory.

    Thanks again everyone.

    Best.

    Good luck Onur.

Ending relationships just plain sucks. Sounds like you got a good plan though.
    That'll help.

    Hope you find that garage.
