maggiolina/columbus on 40?

anyone have experience with a maggiolina or columbus roof top tent on their (or a friends) 40? pictures?

planning a large trek (think half a year of traveling and sleeping in RTT) and wondering if it is:

comfortable?

does it require a roof rack or just direct attach to stock top as seen on auto homes webpage?

any thoughts.....

I have an RTT too. I wouldn't even think of putting it on top of my 40. I have seen racks and stuff on top of other 40's but for lightweight things only. Also keep in mind with a couple of people inside while camping adds up. The weight and wind factor of an RTT is just a bit too much for the lightweight raingutters on a 40 IMHO.
