First trip of the year. Took the trailer up in the mountains for 5 days. First night was just me so I had a quiet little dinner with a nice wagyu steak and some Woodford. Basically the calm before the storm. Buddies were coming in the next night. Lots of good food, a little off roading, guns, knives, big fire and horsing around.

Love the rug!
Yeah, it's a nice touch when you roll out of your rig with sock/bare feet first thing in the AM. But I do find myself sweeping more often than not... HAHA

So I have used a Cabelas privy for about 15yrs now. While it has been pretty good it was a bit cumbersome to erect. Was browsing the interwebs a month or so ago and come across the OVS (Overland Vehicle Systems) privy that almost self erects. What a game a changer. Sorry no set up pics but the whole things basically folds down in to itself and the reverse for setting up. Only had it out for one trip yet but initial impression was GTG and it is slightly bigger than the old Cabelas set up. Additionally, it has a removable floor where the Cabelas unit did not

Little update on my awning that I have been using for years. Last year I bought a Moon Shade for carrying around for when I need shade over the rear end of the truck. a bit spendy but it is serving the purpose well.

So I was brainstorming one day when I said hey will the Moon Shade work off the back of my trailer. Immediately went out and tried it and bam it works well.

Final installed a propane bottle mount. Been lugging it around in the back of the trailer then pulling out to cook with. Now just install stainless extension hose and it will reach to the cook area.
