Are Lexus lx470 struts with ahc same as lc100 with ahc? They have different part numbers. The lc100 struts are much cheaper.

OEM LX470 front shocks are the same part number as OEM Land Cruiser shocks if it's equipped with AHC. They aren't normal shocks, they are more like hydraulic rams. If the lower part is dark like it's seeping oil, it's probably just high AHC pressure, which can be mitigated by cranking the torsion bars. Why are you looking at replacing them?

There is a small squeak coming from one of them when going over speed bumps and yes one of them have seeping.

Neutral pressures are likely too high and causing seeping which is not necessarily indicative of a failed shock.

Pro tip: AHC is *very* different than normal suspensions. It's not hard to work on or to understand, but it is very different. Unless someone is intimately familiar with Toyota/Lexus AHC from the Land Cruiser and LX vehicles, you can assume they have no idea how it works or how to maintain/repair it.
