LX470/Land Cruiser Climate Control Compatibility (1 Viewer)

I searched the FAQs and couldn't find an answer, probably an easy one. I'm trying to figure out if the stereo and climate console from an early model 100 is plug and play with an early model lx470, both non-navigation. Only difference I see is the climate control on the Lexus is buttons with an LCD versus your traditional 3-knobs on the 100. Thanks.

I like the knobs too, much easier and less distracting to operate if you ask me.

Read on some of the radio swap threads for the lc/lx's with nav. I believe these two non-nav controls use the same wiring harness and can be swapped out with out any re-wiring needed. The trucks with Nav have a different dash harness and need to re-pin some of the plugs.

Double check me, but I believe this is correct.

They are interchangeable but one will require a different trim bezel for a new stereo. Good luck
