I've been shopping for a FSM for the LX470. CDan can't get them. Besides eBay, the cheapest place I found was

If you have a Land Cruiser, get the correct FSM through Cruiserdan.

Have you thought about this? http://techinfo.toyota.com/index.html For $10.00 for one day, not a bad deal. I finally will do it next week when the new modem gets installed! Seems like a while back somebody downloaded it in 4 hours and it is the whole deal.

Yes, I thought about doing that. And actually, I think I prefer that format. But once you download and catalog everything, I heard its still not as easy to find what you need.

So you can get the subscription for one day, download the manual, then you are done - an electronic manual for $10?

I downloaded the '00 LX470 FSM recently. I didn't see any (C) anywhere. Would there be any problems with making it availble for download from an FTP server?

I believe that if you poke around a little on the site you will find a disclaimer/warning or some legal issues about "sharing" said info.! For 10.00 how can you lose, go by some ink for your printer and let it roll!
