LX470 Courtesy lights not working. Aftermarket LEDs (1 Viewer)

First post here so hope I'm doing this right! A few weeks ago I installed Road Shock (Harbor Freight) 12v Rock Lights to the factory courtesy light harness. Worked fine and then blew a fuse causing the electronic locks and cabin lights to go out as well. Replaced the fuse and the cabin lights are working, but when I open the door the cabin lights dim like it is trying to send power to the courtesy lights but then it brightens back up after a few seconds. Does anyone know a solution to this? Thanks!
