LX450 1998 8 cylinder?

Have someone ever heard about a LX450 1998 8 Cylinder 4.7?
If so, are they good engines?
Is it the snorkel as same as the 1FZ-FE?
Please, can someone help me out with this?

I think your talking about a truck that has had the engine swapped out with a 2UZ (100 series Engine)

if we are taling bout 2UZ swap in 80 .. depends on the air box or intake sistem .. if it's a 100 series .. you got the answer ..

It's not a cheap swap. But talking to Christo at slee, they do try to make it smog legal.
And after talking to him for a bit it a non-vvti motor for the simplicity of wiring.
Price was dependent on the base motor sourced for the swap.
I'll let you know how it goes if I do pull the trigger, just with California smog laws I have to do extra research first

My truck is inspected and smoged in CO. It has all the equipment required to pass CO emissions as well as passed the dyno test. How that differs from CA I do not know.
