LX inner fender passenger side what am I missing here? (1 Viewer)

Hello,

05LX. I just noticed my passenger inner fender seems cut off. See the photo. What am I missing here? Is only the fender or there is also some kind of hard plastic cover as the driver side? Could someone take a photo of what it should look like so I can get parts as reference. Much appreciated.

Looks like PO did a choppy chop.

Or the liner broke loose and the tire did a choppy chop when in motion.
